Division of Access, Opportunity, & Diversity

The Division of Access, Opportunity, and Diversity includes the Office of Access and Support and the Office of Civil Rights Compliance, supporting a welcoming and respectful campus environment while ensuring compliance with state and federal law and diversity-related accreditation criteria.

International Students & Scholars

Provides leadership in international education and intercultural learning through services to international students and scholars, their dependents, the university, and the surrounding community.

Center for Language and Culture Learning

Supports the University of Iowa faculty, graduate assistants, and students in the teaching, learning, and promotion of language and culture in the Division of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures (DWLLC) and beyond. Includes resources for language learning.

Iowa Intensive English Program

Providing students whose first language is not English with high quality language instruction, as well as a cultural, social, and academic orientation to the United States.

Consultation of Religious Communities

A local network of faith communities, social service agencies, advocacy groups and others who believe in the dignity of all persons, and share a concern for the quality of life and well-being of individuals and families in Johnson County.
